The episodes are separated into sagas with the original saga names (saiyan saga, etc). some of the sagas overlap wrong, and there are a couple of mislabeled episodes (episode 41, for example, is called "look out below" not "friends or foes").. While the original dragon ball anime followed goku through childhood into adulthood, dragon ball z is a continuation of his adulthood life, but at the same time parallels the maturation of his son, gohan..
