I receive an amazing amount of emails each day and Im always surprised to hear how many readers want to know more about the how-tos of printables. CUPCAKE WRAPS are one of those items many people seem to have a little trouble with. So today were going back to basics... These are so easy and best of all, you can make wraps to coordinate with your other party decor using your own scrapbook paper.
Most of Shindigs party sets come with cupcake toppers to match the cupcake toppers, but if youre not working with a printable set, you can download this
CUPCAKE WRAP TEMPLATE
After printing the template, cut the wraps out with scissors and place over a piece of decorative scrapbook paper that matches your party decor. This way you can have any color or pattern cupcake wrap you need.
Today, Im going to show how to make Cupcake Wraps from a printables set. First youll need to gather your supplies:
- Printed page of cupcake wraps
- Scotch tape
- Scissors
- Decorative scissors (optional)
- Baked cupcake in a liner
Step 1: Cut your wraps out with scissors
Step 2: Use decorative scissors to make a decorative edge to the top of your cupcake wraps
Step 3: Grab your pre-baked cupcake
Step 4: Wrap your cupcake wrap around the liner of your cupcake
Step 5: Cut off any excess wrap
Step 6: Tape the wrap with scotch tape to secure
