Critics Choice Awards 2010 Red Carpet

Critics Choice Awards 2010 Red Carpet

The star ratings folks have vanished like smoke — so until I find another widget (or one of our lovely readers does) we are star-ratingless :( Waah! So, again, well do it the old-fashioned way.

Emily Blunt

Too shiny for my liking — would have been more appropriate a year ago. Still, Ms. Blunt looks lovely.

Kristen Bell

Ms. Bell looks adorable — for once, a satin dress I dont hate. The fit and tailoring are impeccable.

Kristin Chenoweth

This much boobage is not appropriate for any legit award show. The taste level is questionable, to put it nicely.

Sandra Bullock

Beautiful. Good to see Sandy make a comeback after the wan showing at the PCAs.

Anna Kendrick

Lovely silhouette, which suits her perfectly, but looking a bit barebones — a necklace and redder lipstick would have done a world of good here. The bangles should have been swapped for a tasteful wider bracelet as well.

Marion Cotillard

A beautiful woman, a beautiful dress, but OMG, who MURDERED her hair?!

Melanie Lynskey

Elegant and demure, with a fun, quirky buttoned front panel. Ms. Lynskey looks lovely.

Saoirse Ronan

I applaud Ms. Ronan for making a statement and showing us shes no longer a child actor, and for fearlessly making a bold fashion choice. That said, to me, this is one of the ugliest dresses I have seen in memory.

Diane Kruger

Gorgeous dress, but a Grecian goddess gown needs curves and softness, and Ms. Kruger is looking more gaunt and angular by the day. This picture actually worries me.

Zoe Saldana

Ms. Avatar herself looks impeccable. Everything works. Gorgeous woman, gorgeous dress, gorgeous shoes, hair, makeup, accessories. I love running across a photo where I cant find anything to nitpick!

But, enough of my chatter. What did you think?
